Do you want to defy gravity?
Now you can, with some super fun, family friendly indoor extreme recreation at the new trampoline park named DEFY in Fort Myers. Located at the Forum in Fort Myers, you can join the jumping mania at 9370 Dynasty Dr.
CircusTrix, parent company of Defy, is a leading innovative company with a growing network of over 300 facilities worldwide including brands like SkyZone. CircusTrix is the largest developer, operator and fanchisor of trampoline parks in the world.
When we walked into Defy, we were wowed! It’s a large open space with cool artwork and we did not know which obstacle fun to run to first. But first things first, you sign waivers, pay your way, get your wristband and socks and then go into the zone.
There are trampolines that you jump out of, into, off of, think Ninja Warrior type obstacle courses including the wall you run up. The kids were entertained and so were we.
Defy has climbing walls, foam pits, trampolines, a ninja obstacle course, extreme dodgeball, basketball hoops for slam dunks, parkour pits, a trapeze, and an Olympic trampoline — all enclosed within a 35,000 square-foot facility.
As you can see it’s not just trampolines. There are so many things to try, conquer your fears and jump! I was afraid to try some things but I did it anyway. I threw myself off of a swing into a foam pit. The kids were naturals, running around like little ninja warriors. It was great to see them do things they didn’t think they could. What a fun place for a good time and a super workout.
We give Defy, two thumbs up. We can’t wait to go back! Adults and kids can have fun together and enjoy a unique adventure. Don’t want to partake in the flight process? There is a lounge area with TVs for adults who want to view the kids from a higher view. There are lockers and rooms for birthdays parties as well. Check them out and let us know what you think.

Make sure to follow Defy on social media accounts and their website to learn about special events like a recent Glow party lock in they had. It looked like so much fun. Walk ins are welcome, but they do recommend you purchase your flight ticket ahead of time. They let new jumpers in every 30 minutes and you can purchase one hour, 1 and 1/2 hours or 2 hours. Just like other trampoline parks, you must purchase their grip socks, which by the way are cute and stylish. 🙂
