Preparing for Holidays with Less Stress

With Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks away, it’s time to start preparing for Holidays with less stress.  One of the many things I loved about my Latino culture growing up was that our family would drop by at any time just because.  No fuss about, “Hey you didn’t call me first,” or “I didn’t prepare for company.”  You come to expect it and it’s a big part of our holiday experience. What better way to be ready for Holidays Con Familia than to get bulk shopping done at BJs Wholesale Club.  Kimberly Clark products are necessary in our home for all the visits we’ll have.  At BJs you can purchase your food items as well as paper products.  Buying in bulk means always being ready for the unexpected but very welcomed drop ins. Having a well stocked bathroom shows family they are welcomed.

As a child, my mom said, I always made it a point to use the bathroom in every home we visited.  She tells that I always marveled at everything on my way to the restroom saying I made it a point to visit every one.  I think I legitimately just had to use the restroom, but who knows. The thought makes me laugh now as thinking back, I was a curious child and I loved snooping around my families bathrooms, always set up so pretty with all the necessities we’d ever need.  Stacked toilet paper, wipes, lotions, sprays, hair products, all you need to get freshened up.

This year I’ll make sure to have all needed supplies on hand for those lovely drop ins during all three major holidays.  To take out the stress of weekly shopping, a visit to BJs will get me prepared and ready to host. Scott has been thee trusted toilet paper in my family for  over 30 years.  No stress with weekly runs to the market for supplies.  Buying in bulk, eases my stress.

I decided to set up our toilet paper in a wicker basket tied with some ribbons.  I found a santa hat that I stuffed with toilet paper and made a santa out of toilet paper.  Who says you can’t decorate your bathrooms?
