I love taking family trips with the entire gang, which includes my two kids, husband and many times our extended family, sometimes even our two dogs. • Check your oil, if it’s been 3,000 miles or close to, take a drive to Walmart Auto Center for a quick, affordable and reliable oil change.
• Check your tire pressure, even if someone else does it, I like to double check myself. Having the right tire pressure, helps your tires last longer and saves you fuel.  Look for the sticker in your car that actually lists what the best tire pressure is for your motor vehicle.
• Make sure your windshield wiper fluid is full.  In Florida, we have a love bug problem and when you are driving on any highway your car will hit plenty of these, so have enough fluid to wipe them off.
• Have your battery checked.  When you take your car to Walmart for an oil change, testing your battery is part of the package.  It feels good to have that peace of mind.
• Just in case, make sure you have jumper cables, some extra Quaker State Oil, windshield wiper fluid and anything else that will make you feel safer while being on the road.
